$ANNX About 85%+ is held by institutions. As such, the float is very limited and shorts are borrowing, shorting naked as it were. Any approval and especially a 40%+ RRR read, which I think has high odds, will send shares well north of current SP. $4- is ridiculous.

Interesting points, 1) greater than 50% of patients in phase 3 vonoprument already at month 15 and events are tracking as expected. 2) Market size, only 20% of patients are currently being treated for GA with syforvey and Izervey in the us. Current gross sales for both are 1.0 Billion and don't help vision. Likely Vonoprument a replacement plus gaining patients. Europe is at least as large as a market as US if not Larger. 10:36 AM

$ANNX Vonaprument is an important opportunity. While lesion reduction has been the standard of care, and while ANX007 did not reduce lesions (the initial phase II endpoint), it does something more important - it reduces the lose of photoreceptors significantly. That translates into a reduction in loss of vision while also slowing the expansion of a lesion. In a patient with early onset GA, Vonaprument could be invaluable in preventing lose of vision and lesion expansion. Vonaprument as prevention maybe the best way to think of it. Annexon may not have enough data to meet the Q4 read out. It is more likely they will meet the 24 month/Q3 2027 read out because of an acceleration of vision loss in year 2 vs year 1. It's not great to wait longer for positive data, but it's good to know that Vonaprument works as advertised - not as a lesion reducer but as a drug that preserves sight. In the meantime there's Tanruprubart which will probably own the Guillain-Barré category in 2027.

The price has moved down small % changes consistently, without spiking volumes - which to me feels too controlled for this stock for it to be anything but that. Hopefully it proves me wrong.
