American Airlines Names Aviation Veteran Nathaniel Pieper As Chief Commercial Officer

Polaris Stock Gets Price Target Hikes After Selling Indian Bike Business To Private Equity Firm

BofA analyst Alexander Perry raised the firm's price target on Polaris to $70 from $60 after the company agreed to sell a majority stake in Indian Motorcycle to California-headquartered private equity firm Carolwood.

(F) CEO Jim Farley reportedly believes that the elimination of federal tax credit on the purchase of electric vehicles and other Trump policies will sharply curtail EV demand in the U.S.Farley predicted the share of zero-emission vehicles could decline by half, according to a Bloomberg <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-09-30/ford-s-ceo-sees-trump-policies-cutting-us-ev-market-in-half?srnd=homepage-americas">report</a>. ZEVs currently account for 10% of the domestic market.&nbsp;“I wouldn’t be surprised if EV sales in the U.S. go down to 5%,” Farley said at a conference in Detroit, as reported by Bloomberg. Harmony Biosciences Holdings (HRMY) on Wednesday said that its late-stage study of ZYN002 in Fragile X syndrome did not meet the primary endpoint of improvement in social avoidance.Fragile X syndrome (FXS) is a rare genetic disorder that negatively affects synaptic function, plasticity, and neuronal connections. It results in a spectrum of intellectual disabilities and behavioral symptoms, such as social avoidance and irritability. (ACAD) announced on Tuesday that its late-stage intranasal Carbetocin trial in Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) patients did not achieve a statistically significant improvement in hyperphagia.The <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://acadia.com/en-us/media/news-releases/acadia-pharmaceuticals-announces-phase-3-compass-pws-trial">study</a> enrolled 175 children and adults aged five to 30 years with PWS, a rare genetic disorder characterized by an insatiable hunger or hyperphagia and a constant need for food, leading to obesity. However, intranasal Carbetocin did not demonstrate a statistically significant improvement over placebo to week 12 on the Hyperphagia Questionnaire for Clinical Trials, the company said.The firm noted that the safety and tolerability of intranasal Carbetocin were consistent with those observed in previous clinical trials, with a low rate of adverse events.Shares of the company tumbled 11% in the pre-market session. Moderna (MRNA) said on Tuesday that its 2025-2026 formula of mNEXSPIKE demonstrated a strong immune response in recipients in a study.The updated formulation targets the LP.8.1 variant of the COVID-19-causing virus. Data from an ongoing phase 4, post-marketing study showed that the updated formula of mNEXSPIKE, on average, demonstrated a greater than 16-fold increase in neutralizing antibodies against the LP.8.1 variant, the company <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://feeds.issuerdirect.com/news-release.html?newsid=6125971827149873&amp;symbol=MRNA">said</a>.A robust immune response was identified in individuals aged 12 to 64 years with at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from an infection, as well as in all adults aged 65 years and older, the company added.
