$ARCT Roth MKM analyst Adam Walsh has officially upgraded Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT), doubling its price target from $20 to $41 while maintaining a Buy rating. Six months into the 12-week Cohort 4 study, there are no reported tolerability issues at exposures well above those that halted development of VX-522 at Vertex (VRTX) and MRT5005 at Translate Bio, increasing the firm's confidence in ARCT-032's safety profile, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Cohort 4 is open-label, so a decision to advance would signal functional benefit, with details expected in 2027, the firm added. $MRNA $VRTX $SNY The above extracted from news.

$ARCT 810 for OTC deficiency was mentioned as a dark horse by Joe Payne. Yesterday, the latest presentation by Arcturus at Helsinki showed very positive phase 2 results for 810, proving safety and tolerability, and very importantly, it also demonstrated efficacy as shown in the normalisations of not just ammonia levels, but also glutamine levels and decreases in glycine being observed. So, there is high chance of obtaining FDA approval to proceed to phase 3. 810 has secured FDA Fast Track, Orphan Drug and Rare Paediatric Diseases designations. For 810, this dark horse is finally coming of age. In US and Europe, there are about 10,000 patients, and cost per patient is USD1.2million. A 10% market share would translate to potential revenue of USD1.2billion. Outside of US and Europe, there could be market for 810 therapy too. So, all very positive and promising for Arcturus. Like what Elon Musk $TSLA said, mRNA technology has tremendous promise for curing diseases. $MRNA $BNTX

$ARCT As a long term shareholder of ARCT, and having listened to almost every conference given over the past several years, I can say that today's conference is one of the best I've ever listened to. While the information provided in today's conference is already pretty well known by those of us who are well versed shareholders, the increased comfort and conviction in which Joe speaks is very evident to those who have heard him speak in the past. He cleary knows what he knows. Without any doubt there is increasing interest in Arcturus Therapeutics from pharmaceutical companies who are looking for opportunities in the MRNA space, and it's increasingly looking like Arcturus Therapeutics may be becoming the bell of the ball.

$ARCT Berween late 2026 through the first half of 2027, Arcturus is positioned to pursue up to three strategic licensing transactions— KOSTAIVE , an ARCT-810 Phase 3 partnership, and a second liver indication—potentially generating $200M to $300M in upfront payments or more if an influenza or oncology platform partnership is executed.

$ARCT Joseph Payne today : "COVID vaccine opportunity is larger than shingles and RSV combined. It is a very large market opportunity and we've already showcased that we have superior, already, over the market leader and we have complete control over that asset. So stay tuned as we build that asset out commercially... it's going to be an interesting asset to follow."

$ARCT Key takeaway from today's presentation with Joe: ARCT-032 isn't just targeting Class 1 patients anymore—it could potentially benefit ALL CF patients. That expands the addressable market way beyond what most people were initially pricing in. Also really interested to hear what comes out of the upcoming platform update. Definitely holding strong here

$ARCT 3 things sadden me.. first.. ppl are now realizing that mrna, samrna and gene editing could revolutionize medicine.. second. every1s suddenly piling in2 biotech, well say it partly after elons famous post/and yeah, moderna / merck news. honestly? how can anyone short biotech companies working 2 cure deadly diseases? cf for example. i believe it should be in everyones interest to support the companies trying to turn todays deadly diseases into curable ones. we need to give these ppl some hope.

$ARCT Arcturus is a platform company. Their lunar delivery tech is the best in the industry. We’re at the beginning of an S curve in mRNA therapies, it can be used to treat and cure countless diseases and Arcturus current has the best delivery system. I’ll be shocked if they don’t get bought up soon by one of the big pharmaceutical companies. Now that the CSL deal has ended and they have global rights to all of their technology again, they are a much more attractive buyout.

$ARCT Joseph Payne: " We're also going to use this as an opportunity to update folks on our intravenously dosed mRNA therapeutics platform for the liver. So it'll be a comprehensive update; it's not going to be an average update. Stay tuned, and I hope people tune in" also mentioned - potential cancer applications—to non-dilutively fund the value-creating portion of the organization

$ARCT People are slowly recognizing the potential of mRNA, and especially samRNA. Translate Bio was bought for $3.2B. Arcturus, with better technology and a better pipeline, will soon be worth more. $MRNA

$ARCT Bought more today and completed my position here. Wont touch them for the next 12 month. mRNA is the next revolution in human history.

$ARCT said a buyout price would be 7–8 billion. That might sound crazy, but remember that Translate Bio was bought by Sanofi for 3.2 billion with far weaker tech and a questionable pipeline. Sure, there was a massive Covid mRNA hype back then, but people are only now starting to realize what mRNA is truly capable of. On top of that, I see their tech as clearly superior to Moderna’s. The required dose is significantly lower—which is the massive advantage of self-amplifying mRNA (samRNA). SamRNA is the real future. Even Elon Musk called synthetic mRNA the future of medicine. Call me crazy, but my long-term target for the next 10+ years is a market cap of 30 billion. $MRNA $BNTX

$ARCT ppl like lecorb dont really understand the specifics of arct or the potential of its pipeline. they base their opinions on charts and price action xD should pay more attention to the company pipeline: arct032 going into phase 3 soon (that's a fact), arct810 (going into phase 3), arct 2304, h5n1/avian flu vaccine etc etc not to mention rsv, ebv. man we the only company with approved samrna vaccine (covid)technology!! this alone is worth 1.5 bil i think. so personally wouldnt put much weight on lecorbs comments. chart can show you where the stock has been but IT doesnt tell you what the underlying technology and pipeline could be worth. im long here.

$ARCT Hold the next 3-5 years and sell for 5, or 500, or somewhere in between when buyout. (Just dont care for ups and downs of 2-5-10 percents).

$ARCT so it’s Sept tomorrow. We were told that in Sept we’d get regulatory clarity for otc. So let’s ignore all the other catalysts the company has - cf, lawsuit with abbvie, Kostaive and potential partnerships, low share count, no debt and just look at otc. The only other company that has worked on otc has been stuck for more than 5 years. If Arct gets a path outlined by the fda and moves into phase 3, that alone will be worth $1B or a $36 stock price.
