Under the agreement, Anthropic has selected Lumen to develop a high-capacity network to power its AI research and operations.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>Expanding EBITDA Margins By 2030</strong></h2><p>The company outlined several multi-year financial goals. It aims to expand adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) margins from 27.1% in 2025 to the mid-30% range by 2030.</p><p>Lumen also plans to boost free cash flow through higher margins, lower capital intensity, and revenue growth, and expects business segment revenue to return to growth in 2028. Additionally, the company will introduce a new revenue reporting framework. Starting in the first quarter of 2026, Lumen will report revenue by products and services to better reflect its enterprise-focused strategy, it stated.</p><p>“Our objective is clear: accelerate investment in AI and our digital future, and where it drives the highest returns to deliver shareholder value,” said CFO Chris Stansbury.</p><p>Lumen stated it remains on track to reach 47 million fiber miles by the end of 2028. The company plans to expand its network to about 58 million miles by 2031, backed by $2.5 billion in new PCF agreements.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>Shares Fall Since Q4 Results</strong></h2><p><a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/LUMN">LUMN stock</a> has been under some selling pressure, declining more than 16% since&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/why-is-lumn-stock-down-despite-q4-earnings-beating-wall-street-estimates/cZb0JUgR4mr">reporting</a> its fourth-quarter earnings earlier this month. LUMN Stock Climbs 5% Pre-Market – What’s The Anthropic Connection?

Analysts’ project a revenue of $1.86 billion in the quarter which is nearly flat to $1.84 billion it posted in the same quarter a year ago.&nbsp;</p><p>Coinbase is expected to post a 50% drop in its quarterly profit. As per data from fiscal.ai, Coinbase is expected to post a profit of $1.01 per share, compared to $2.04 it posted in the year-ago quarter.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Bitcoin Weakness</h2><p>Bitcoin has been falling sharply over the past few weeks as investors continue to stay clear of riskier assets like cryptocurrency due to macroeconomic-induced pullback. The rout has worsened especially since Donald Trump announced Kevin Warsh as the nominee to become the next Federal Reserve chair.&nbsp;</p><p>The world’s largest cryptocurrency has also been seeing billions of outflows in its ETFs and has been struggling to cross the $80K levels. Bitcoin earlier in the day plunged below $68,000 levels and hit its lowest in 15 months. At the time of writing, BTC was down 6.4% to $68,305.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Downbeat Analyst</h2><p>BTIG lowered the firm's price target on Coinbase to $340 from $420 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares ahead of the Q4 report on February 12.&nbsp;</p><p>The firm said that the stock has fallen 49% since the Q3 report, compared to the total crypto market cap falling 32%. BTIG attributed Coinbase's selloff expectations for Q4 weakness in transaction volume relative to Q3 and the broader market.&nbsp;</p><p>The firm said it sees an attractive entry point at current share levels. Coinbase is "creating a flywheel" between its trading business and digital asset applications, contends the analyst. Why is COIN Stock Falling More Than 8% Today?

 Coinbase is expected to post a 50% drop in its fourth quarter profit, as per data from fiscal.ai at a time when bitcoin prices have been weighing on crypto linked stocks.

However the profit fell short of analyst expectations of $0.15 per share.&nbsp;</p><p>The company saw its global monthly active users (MAU) in Q4 reach 946 million, an increase of 51 million or 6% year-over-year.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>The company in prepared remarks ahead of its Q4 earnings call said, "For Q1 specifically, our guidance range for revenue is $1.50 billion to $1.53 billion,” It said the Q1 revenue guidance range excludes any potential revenue from the Perplexity integration as it is yet to mutually agree on a path to a broader roll out.”</p><p>The company estimates that Adjusted core profit will be between $170 million and $190 million in Q1.&nbsp;</p><p>“As we begin 2026, we are excited to execute on our pivot toward profitable growth and to make incremental progress toward our medium term goal of delivering meaningful Net Income profitability. SNAP Stock Rallies After Hours As Q4 Revenue Growth Impresses Investors

Analysts on average were expecting the company to report loss per share of 23 cents.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>For fiscal year 2026, the company expects adjusted core profit of $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion, below an analyst estimate of $3.37 billion.</p><p>Earlier this week, Lumen announced that it has completed the sale of its Mass Markets fiber-to-the-home business in 11 states, including Quantum Fiber, to AT&amp;T (T) for $5.75 billion in cash as it seeks to focus on its stronger segments. The company used $4.8 billion of the proceeds to reduce its debt.</p><p>“The combination of a solid fourth quarter and the close of the AT&amp;T transaction marks a defining moment for Lumen and strengthens our foundation for growth,” said Lumen CEO Kate Johnson.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Cost Cutting Efforts</h2><p>Lumen said on Tuesday that it exceeded its cost reduction targets, ending the year with over $400 million in run-rate savings. The company is on track to deliver $700 million of cost savings in 2026 and $1 billion exiting 2027.</p><p>A company executive also clarified during the company’s post-earnings call that it is no longer required to borrow money to fund its operations.</p><p>“We have excess cash over the five years, and we'll get into specifics on that,” they said. “Our objective is to, one, fully fund our growth initiative and our transition of the company, and that is fully funded in that model. The revenue was also hit by softer demand for its services in the European region as well, the company said in a statement.&nbsp;</p><p>Company’s adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.71 in the fourth quarter beat analyst estimates of $0.59 per share, as per fiscal.ai.&nbsp;</p><p>It said it exited the fourth quarter of 2025 with $1.51 billion in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities and generated $47.6 million in cash flow from operations.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>The company expects Q1 2026 revenue to be within a range of $270.0 million to $300.0 million, which includes shipments of 100 to 120 MWh of IQ batteries. This outlook includes approximately $35.0 million of safe harbor shipments. Enphase Energy Shares Are Surging 22% Despite Drop In Q4 Revenue – What’s Driving The Rally?

Order strength remains strong from global large data center and enterprise customers, AI, GPU platforms, which represent over 90% of Q2 revenue continue to be the key growth driver,” a SMCI executive said in an analyst call.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Q2 Earnings</h2><p>SMCI reported net sales of $12.7 billion compared to $5.7 billion in the same period year-ago. SMCI Shares Rally After Exec Says Order Strength Remains Strong, Q2 Earnings Sails Past Estimates

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The company reported revenue of $1.08 billion for the quarter, 44% higher than the same period last year, and well above analyst estimates of $970.5 million.</li><li>Teradyne CEO Greg Smith said that in 2026, the company expects year-over-year growth across all of its businesses, with strong momentum in compute, driven by AI.&nbsp;</li><li>Teradyne’s revenue guidance for the first quarter of 2026 is $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Shares of Teradyne (TER) rallied more than 20% during extended hours of trading on Monday after the company posted fourth quarter (Q4) earnings that beat analyst estimates, according to data from Fiscal.ai.&nbsp;</p><p>The company said Q4 growth was driven by strong AI-related demand in compute and memory.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Results</h2><p>Teradyne’s net income in Q4 2025 was $283.0 million, or $1.80 per diluted share, jumping nearly 90% from the year-ago quarter and surging past analyst estimates of $1.36 per share, as per Fiscal.ai.&nbsp;</p><p>The company reported revenue of $1.08 billion for the quarter, 44% higher than the same period last year, and well above analyst estimates of $970.5 million. Of the total revenue, $883 million came from its Semiconductor Test segment, $110 million came from Product Test, and $89 million from Robotics.&nbsp;</p><p>“Our Q4 results were above the high end of our guidance range, fueled by AI-related demand in compute, networking and memory within our Semi Test business. Across all of our business groups – Semi Test, Product Test, and Robotics – we experienced sequential growth, and at the company level we achieved 13% growth in 2025,” said Teradyne CEO, Greg Smith.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>The company provided guidance for the first quarter of 2026, with revenue expectations of $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion, and adjusted net income of $1.89 to $2.25 per diluted share.</p><p>“In 2026, we expect year-over-year growth across all of our businesses, with strong momentum in compute driven by AI,” Smith said.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Analyst</h2><p>Earlier on Monday, Evercore ISI raised the price target on Teradyne to $280 from $200 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;</p><p>The firm said that it believes the fundamentals on Teradyne are positive, as it sees multiple paths for upside to estimates, according to TheFly. The company will then have 60 days to submit reasons for the re-examination request which will then be reviewed by the committee.</p><p>Trofinetide is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat Rett syndrome in adults and children. &nbsp;</p><p>Rett syndrome is a rare genetic neurological and developmental disorder that affects the way the brain develops. RBC Capital has an ‘Outperform’ rating and $300 price target on Snowflake shares.</p><p>Raymond James also kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on Snowflake after the company’s announcement.</p><p>Snowflake users can now directly access OpenAI models within Snowflake versus previously accessing OpenAI models via Azure OpenAI Services, the analyst told investors in a research note.
