$BFRI Very quiet board here. Looking at 1 year indicators it apprears we've found a bottom. Next few days will confirm and we'll know if we start an new uptrend. No idea why the market tanked us...future is looking very good. All games by institutions imo.

$BFRI There is only 8 more business days until BFRIW is gone and they have no more artificial overhang from those warrant shares. Shorts will have no more cheap shares to weaponize and keep this stock down. The stock might not go up all the way but probably be better than this constant manipulation. Near-term is just noise. We all know Q3 is the seasonal summer slump and is the worst quarter. Nothing new. Hopefully a 10-20% beat over est is possible. If not, no biggie. March 2027 for Q4 and May for Q1 readouts are the most important anyway. Then the icing on top will be the early approval of their recently submitted Extremities and Trunk which is late July/ early August. Oh,and the cherry is the EOP 2 meeting probably early /mid Q1 for their acne line which they will probably just license off and get a partnership for. This stock will look different next year. 💎 Hands. If you can't handle the wait, hey there are other stocks to pick from and not telling what to do with your money

$BFRI Y'all humor me for a second. Okay, they have 30 consecutive business days of trading under a dollar before getting a notice. To which they have 180 days after that to get back to above a dollar. Isn't it interesting that they went under a dollar yesterday Oct 5th to which 30 business days would put them at Nov 16-18th. Their Q3 which is the worst revenue wise due to the seasonal sump of summer is Nov. 11-13th (maybe). Heck it can even fall on Nov 16th. Therefore, they could get hit with doubt bad news within weeks of each other. Then 180 days from that is Saturday, May 15, 2027. Q1 for them this year was May 14th. Coincidence i think not, something is up and they are trying to give them little to no wiggle room. The thing that will help them is for everything to go right and Q4 is amazing. I just found that to be interesting and this could be completely a nothingburger post.

$BFRI everybody who now sells for pennies is an idiot! No doubt about that. Breakeven on the horizon.

$BFRI I think once we get Q3, we will see how this stock wants to move. Q3 gives them exactly what they need to hit break-even come Q4. If the market thinks it's doable, they will give it a steady climb up. If not, they will wait until closer to Q4 and do a build-up as we get closer or afterwards. Regardless, Q4 and Q1 are the hard catalysts to look at.

$BFRI U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has ruled that the redesign of the RhodoLED XL lamp falls outside the scope of the import ban, marking a major victory for Biofrontera. In the official decision of ruling HQ H361286 (published on September 14, 2026), Customs determined that the technical modifications implemented by Biofrontera in the updated device no longer infringe upon the specific patent claims of competitor Sun Pharma (DUSA).

$BFRI do yourself a favour people and do not sell. Fundamentals of this company are too strong.

$BFRI Let it breathe toward that 0.80 zone in my honest opinion. The company is in a much better spot than it was the last time it traded in that price range, just have to let it play out. Probably another 2 quarters as much as I wanted it to rally now I understand good things take time.

$BFRI why is this dropping? with an approved drug which no other pharma has, one would think it would be going up. any thoughts?

$BFRI mgmt opted heavily for share based compensation, likely to preserve cash back then, now owning over 10% of the company. This should march over $1 soon again, and that's just the beginning.

$BFRI It is actually barely oversold with an RSI of 29 while 30 and below is the technical oversold level. It had been oversold in the last half of August with RSI topping out in the mid 70s. On a weekly basis the RSI is not oversold at 37.7. It again was probably 76-77 in the last 2/3s of August. The MACD is negative below the zero line on the daily and negative on the weekly but above the zero line. This very clearly ran hard from an interim low of .73 all the way up to 1.66 essentially into news and it’s now sold off. If this $.80 area doesn’t hold the last 3 lows or interim lows we’re $.73 in May, $.65 in Feb and $.555 in December of 2025. Good luck longs. 😀👍✌️🙏

$BFRI You all seem to be confused. I’ve been through this before. FDA approval, a short runup, then a 30% drop within a week. Just sayin. Wasn’t so bad with RNXT, but I got sick of waiting for MDAI to recover and sold at a massive loss to invest in something that would move. Look at it from the companies side.. They want to get paid to buy assets for company valuations..

$BFRI they had the new submission yesterday. What’s the approximate time when we hear from FDA, around Two months? just wondering when we get approval so it could drop down to $.50.

$BFRI FDA approval on Sept 14th may appear to have been a "sell the news" event, however, every single Sept thru midterm election day period since 1962 has been negative for the SP500, ranging from down 7% to down 28%, so that probably has also hurt BFRI's recent share price performance.

$BFRI I’m not familiar with form 25s and thought they filled an overall delisting notice the company but it’s actually got the warrant which has an expiration date in its description of “110226” in it’s description which is Monday. Someone had previously mentioned this but we’ll see if it matters or not. 😀👍✌️🙏
