The Payments segment is involved in digital payment solutions, providing global technology solutions for banks and new customers in the open market. The Corporate Center segment includes centralized activities relating to equity stakes in financial companies and the financial management of the structural exchange rate position. The company was founded on March 21, 1857 and is headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
