$CGTX For those who are holding long like myself, what are your predictions for 2027/2028 and why? Of course I would love this to hit $100+ but realistically as of now I would love to see this pump to $35-45+ based on: 1. FDA alignment on Phase 3 — Biggest immediate positive 2. Encouraging Phase 2 results 3. New patent protection through 2045 4. Major unmet medical need 5. Partnership or buyout potential 6. Cash runway into late 2027 7. Potential beyond one disease

$CGTX I did not realize that that meeting already gave them everything they needed to remove the trial ambiguity, so they don't have to wait until Nov to pursue funding options. So they can go to NIH and make a pitch now; I think they need around 40-60 mil which should be more than feasible to attain (I think their history with the NIH should help move things along a little bit quicker). If they go that route, the funding would line up right at the time they said the trial would start in 2027. Taking a while, but pieces lining up. For a micro-bio, great progress.

$CGTX those of us who have been here for some time have weathered worse than this. There will be no r/s. Last time it got to the last two weeks of the 6 month period before it came back into compliance. We haven't even triggered the 6 month compliance phase yet. Worse case scenario happens and we do trigger non compliance and don't get 10 days above 1.00, we can get an extension. That's a full year for those keeping score. We have several potential catalysts lined up between now and then. Know what you own.

$CGTX Eli Lilly's DLB/ALZ asset failed ALZ phase 2 trials and is being dropped. In my opinion, they are frontrunners for a potential acquisition here as their asset in the same area has failed, Kisunla patent usage can be expanded with combination therapy with vitamin Z, and Lilly is sitting on tons of cash and upcoming patent cliffs. The decision to include Kisunla and Leqembi patients in START was good as this increases likelihood for a bidding war between multiple parties. I was hoping for something sooner, but maybe with Lilly recent failure, we might get some earlier news. Few players in the DLB space.

$CGTX To put it bluntly, today’s press release boils down to whether you view the investment case as stronger or weaker now that it has been released... Looking at the current share price, some might start to have doubts—or perhaps someone is trying to manipulate the situation to shake out the "nervous hands." — As far as I’m concerned, there is no doubt that the investment case is significantly stronger today than it was yesterday!!!

As terrible as his passing is, may it bring more attention to the suffering of many people will this illness. May it shine light on the brilliant work this company has done to prevent these conditions and prolong the healthy lives of those afflicted.

$CGTX i wouldnt expect for any news before october Wp FDA allignment, and after that a month untill minutes… to be honest i expect the stock to keep falling for a few weeks or stay pretty much on the same region , then i buy in even more and around december-march i would expect the stock to start surging untill Start readout… i also think partnership wouldnt be achieved before start readouts since it could give them a much better deal… hopefully a new grant will hive us more time but in the end, by this time next year we will hopefully land on ~3-8$ very bullish, suggest you to do your own research, this is a long term lottery tocket with really good odds

In Nih history only moderna and cgtx they has given high dollars funding .fda in there history give them only 6 months alz phase 3 study . Mark my words they will not run 6 months phase 3 for alzh they get approval on start 540 18 month study results next year . Dlb study will be done next year too . Best buying opportunity in decades . payteince will paid off soon .

$CGTX Just checked on dilution tracker no Atm dilution do not listen soft bashers . last Atm dilution was done dec 2025 .

$CGTX very meticulous approach… fda objectives outlined.. next news will be funding of some type.. let’s hope its in favor of investors.. management has a big stake in this too!

$CGTX The big question is now is how they are going to fund phase3. Will the NIH grant be used for phase3? Maybe that anonymous donor will help. If they decide to do another offering at these levels then we are toast.

$CGTX Another day, and another inch closer to FDA minutes, funding, start readout and phase 3 beginning. I believe it is highly probable we see another NIH/NIA grant, or something of the sorts. I'd assume management is throwing together funding applications/pitching their FDA blueprint to some very large potential partners.
