Earlier records had CHAI marked with a Reciprocal CTO and the filing-default codes.

$CHAI indeed. no protection in US markets for retail investors against these kind of set-ups. any lawsuit would just give fees to lawyers, if there is anything left at all. Don't average down anymore, it just feeds the dilution engine until they reach end of the line. If it does go 2 or 3x one day, sell and forget. this company does not give any confidence for the future, it has overstated its value at times of merger last eyar and switched business model narrative a couple of times. Next up will be a name change or a new obscure investor or board member. I did my research here but my lesson is that there were no official figures for their games/online business, no audited financials, a vague consultancy valuation. with hindsight...
