$CHUC nice day today , would love to know if or how the talks are going with big tobacco companies .

$CHUC now at .11 , only 2 cents from where we were before the margin call crash . glad i added 25,000 . now have 225,000 shares . not as many as some have but enough to make a difference when this works out .

$CHUC We all know that the market cannot trade the value of CHUC! If we were at 5 dollars and had the same volume, we would fluctuate between 4-5 dollars. A small sale of just 50 shares is supposed to determine the value of over 280 million shares? Therefore, it makes sense. No volume, no real market price. A specific PR could give us volume and show us the real value of CHUC, but like this, we won’t get a real company value. So CHUC has 2 main ways: massive value increase through the stock price! Or way 2: monetize the company and the valuable PMTAs, which would result in a one-time payout for every shareholder later, independent of the stock price. Let’s say the stock price is 0.10 cents. The company sells or licenses PMTAs worth 2 billion USD, every share would receive a dividend of about 6-7 dollars. Now understand? Why CHUC offers more chances than any other stock?

$CHUC The Bottom Line: To Big Tobacco, the SBX component represents a turnkey solution to their biggest vulnerability: the lack of a legal, high-demand, highly profitable flavored vape portfolio that can bypass the FDA's massive regulatory bottleneck. Big Tobacco views SBX as an immediate catalyst for top-line revenue acceleration. • The Scaling Speed: If a BT giant buys SBX, they can immediately plug a legally compliant, highly scalable flavored vape straight into their massive national convenience store distribution network overnight. CHUC Management explicitly projected that with proper capital backing, this line has the structural capability to capture $10 million per month ($120 million annually)for them in baseline revenue. An un-taxed, high-margin asset allows a BT acquirer to capture aggressive profitability metrics while keeping retail prices low enough to gain rapid market share. SBX is highly valuable to BT as they transition away from combustibles.

$CHUC Just a little update. there now 58 flavors on the FDA "Green List", and I got a chance to see the FIRST age gated flavored disposable vape (Pacha) in action today...cool stuff. 1. Open the IKE app on the phone. 2. Add device 3. device gets authenticated 4. Add service 5. Confirmed ...vape away!

$CHUC Whoever bought those cheapies yesterday (at $.0132!!!) made 7X their investment... in only 18 hours! I'm fairly certain that ANYONE who has purchased CHUC shares -- at ANY price over the last 18 months -- stands to make an even greater return.

$CHUC The total dollar volume of today's trades was less than $30,000. Obviously a shareholder was subject to a margin call (likely as a result of his/her broader portfolio) and the broker liquidated his CHUC holdings with an "at the market" sell order. As an OTC stock, CHUC simply does not have the kind of daily volume that can easily absorb hundreds of thousands of shares... and so we dropped. Precipitously. I know many investors here are worried that the sky is falling. But the fact that CHUC insiders own more than 50% of the company gives me great comfort... There is no way that Ryan and Henry let their investment wither. I GUARANTEE that anyone who purcahsed at today's prices is going to look like a genius in the coming months.

$CHUC saw an advertisement bringing back their Charlie's Chalk Dust e-liquid, that was a name in every shop 7-8 years ago, that is pretty cool to see. Otherwise, still a lot to like with CHUC. Huge PMTA portfolio, state product registries coming into effect in AL, LA, PA, VA... etc (just need a bit of enforcement), well established e-liquid brand, pending green list publishing, proven market fit with big tobacco. Anyone still here is either a grifter or expecting an acquisition or licensing deal with Big Tobacco. The day to day share price is largely irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

$CHUC what do we know that adds up to value??? 58 flavors to be on the green list. Hopefully PMTA’s will be granted by fda . Same or different from green list? 678 pmta in fda pipeline. Sbx value. Ike value. International presence. Factory in USA. Currently for sale in many states and online. Way ahead of competition. What else? What are the values?

$CHUC This here underlines the current minimum value of the company at around 300 million - 600 million dollars! The current stock price is a joke. Yesterday we saw that new investors are slowly noticing it. And this is without AG. My estimate is that a PMTA that gets approval with AG could be worth 10 - 20 million! So the estimate of CO 1-2 billion company value is actually a low estimate! I’m leaning towards 4-8 billion. Just my thought!

$CHUC at this point, you shouldn’t be looking at the price at all. Management has told you they are in the selling mood. They have told you potential value. If management can pull it off, this will be four dollars or higher, in my opinion.  Without a reverse split. So if anything, this is a buying opportunity for those of us having any money left.

$CHUC Oct 13, 2026 Update: We are hearing the company has been meeting with several big tobacco companies and is very encouraged by the talks so far. It appears the investment in PMTAs (and amendments) years ago may be finally paying off..not just with Big Tobacco but also the Chinese vape players. We got a chance to see the Investor presentation...impressive. The recent headlines are very encouraging for CHUC's two obstacles (illegal vape enforcement and quicker PMTA approval). IKE's age-gated vape version 2 is FAR more robust (more features), but it STILL isn't publicly available, and CHUC was advised to wait to launch with the newer version. IKE knows the AG vape launch was delayed and is working with CHUC to launch the AG vape with Version 2 as soon as possible...we are hearing the target launch is mid-November. The vape industry is watching this...because the FIRST age-gated flavored disposable vape would be truly disruptive for the industry. Continued...

$CHUC you have to ask yourself. Why ??? If insiders did a financing at 20 cents 4 months ago,,,, Why arent they supporting/ buying this up at this level or any level under 20 cents?? they can average their positions down??
