The CBI segment charters-in/out dry bulk vessels and enters contracts of affreightment, FFAs and may also utilize hedging solutions. The NML segment acquires and bareboat charters out the acquired vessels to the respective seller-lessees of the vessels. The company was founded by Konstantinos Vassilios Konstantakopoulos in 1974 and is headquartered in Monaco.
