Comtech reported Q4 today with the satellite business already in discontinued operations, so continuing sales were 66.2 million dollars, down from 75.3 million a year ago. Gross margin still jumped to 40.6% from 34.7%, and adjusted EBITDA was 9.2 million dollars. 
 
The pending sale is hard to miss. An affiliate of Gilat is paying 157.5 million dollars for most of Satellite and Space, against a market cap around 35 million dollars (Finnhub). Funded backlog for what's left, the Allerium public safety business, is 520.4 million dollars.
