$CRBU doubled my position holding 140000 shares. Here for the potential of their data not a short term investment📈

$CRBU The fact that the largest asset manager in the world, Blackrock, had 1,843,794 shares in July 2025 and increased their share to 5,332,610 shares by July 2026 has got to say something about this stock. They now own over 7% of the company.

$CRBU Check out Caribou Biosciences' career section of their website. There are some big-time positions opening up. It appears they are gearing up for clinical trials! Great sign!

$CRBU looks like Fintel is saying Blackrock is in for 7,176,404 shares. That 5+ mil is the number of shares they bought.

$CRBU This the type of stock that just needs more people to know about it. Once that happens, skys the limit.

$CRBU Spent the week scooping up shares like a kid with Halloween candy — tossing them in the sock drawer for Future Joe to dust them off in 2027 to see if they mature or remain muted......

$CRBU does CRBU have the goods just as good as $MRNA? The trials have shown positive data and they have the technology. Is just a matter of time

$CRBU potential catalysts: initial dose-expansion data for CB-011 in both BCMA-naïve and BCMA-exposed multiple myeloma patients. Data should come out 2nd half of 2026. Existing data of what we know: * 92% overall response rate * 83% complete response/stringent CR * 91% MRD negativity among evaluable patients * 50% remained in ≥CR at 15 months * Single-dose, off-the-shelf CAR-T * FDA RMAT designation * Cash expected to fund operations through the end of 2027 This stock has had a lot of downward pressure from short sellers. It makes me believe that buying here should be a pretty good entry for the rally into the next catalyst

$CRBU I’ve been watching this one for a few months now and I think I’m finally going to place my first limit buy with them. There lyes a very strong future with them for numerous reasons. I got in after watching CABA for a while and entered at $1.69. That, and most definitely without a doubt in MY mind now, CRBU will be a winner for those who are patient. Let’s go!!

$CRBU so watching the outstanding shares count they have gone from 95 to 107 they are the reason why this stock is depressed.

$CRBU hopefully today is the start of a reversal. I might add some more if it gets close to $1.

$CRBU these fucking companies can’t hold gains - it’s really sad that we live in a world where these companies are not being emphasized, yet $META is up 2% after settling a $16B lawsuit for ruining our kids.

$CRBU Not too ancient data "Last month, Caribou presented new data from a phase 1 trial of vispa-cel, a single-dose, patient-ready option, showing its donor-derived treatment produced a progression-free survival rate of 17.1 months in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. By comparison, separate trials for Breyanzi and Yescarta showed progression-free survival rates of 14.8 months and 14.9 months, respectively. Caribous notched that win even though its patient population was sicker than those in trials for the other drugs, according to the biotech's CEO and founder, Rachel Haurwitz. Overall, some 82% of patients responded to the treatment and 67% saw a complete response with a safety profile that was largely similar to Breyanzi, she said. "

$CRBU CRBU had $75.2 million remaining under its $100 million ATM program, as of June 30, 2026, the latest disclosed figure. They had used $24.8 million of the program. At a hypothetical $2.00 share price, executing the full remainder would mean issuing roughly 37.6 million additional shares, although the actual number depends on sale prices. This could represent approximately 35% dilution relative to the current 107.2 million shares outstanding.

$CRBU Please don’t get me wrong. I believe stock is extremely undervalued. Just expect the dilution in mind.

$CRBU They already issued 9 million shares ATM, and raised $17MILLION. That’s how they extended their cashflow to 2027 2nd half.
