It operates through the following segments: North America Loss Adjusting, International Operations, Broadspire, and Platform Solutions. The North America Loss Adjusting segment, which services the North American property and casualty market, provides claims management services to insurance carriers and self-insured entities related to property and casualty losses. The International Operations services the global property and casualty market in the U.K., Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America. The International Operations segment includes all operations within the respective countries, including Loss Adjusting and Crawford Legal Services. The Broadspire segment provides third party administration, medical management and technology solutions for workers' compensation, auto and liability, disability and accident claims to corporations, brokers and insurers in the U.S. The Platform Solutions segment provides services to the property and casualty insurance company markets and consumer markets through service lines known as Contractor Connection, Network Services, and Subrogation in the U.S. The Networks service line includes Catastrophe operations. The company was founded by Jim Crawford in 1941 and is headquartered in Peachtree Corners, GA.
