Retail chatter around Crinetics Pharmaceuticals picked up late Sunday after the company released long-term data for its oral acromegaly drug candidate, Palsonify (paltusotine), showing sustained biochemical control and symptom relief across two Phase 3 studies.At the ENDO 2025 conference, Crinetics shared new data from its ongoing PATHFNDR-1 and PATHFNDR-2 studies, showing that patients who switched from monthly injections to once-daily oral Palsonify were able to keep their insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and growth hormone levels steady for nearly two years.&nbsp;Symptom scores, based on the acromegaly symptom diary (ASD), also remained stable.
