$CTMX Don’t be frustrated if we still don’t have mature mOS and mPFS data by mid-November. This is truly great news!

$CTMX I expect an announcement on November 4 that the Q3 ER is scheduled for November 16. Based on my medical knowledge, the mOS data from the dose escalation and expansion cohorts should be available by then. Hopefully, we’ll also get the mPFS data from the optimization cohorts. I just hope the damned management finally gives us some meaningful trial updates. The stock price has been steadily declining ever since the last update. It's so frustrating. I continue to believe CX2051 alone will deliver a mOS of ~14 months, roughly double that of currently available treatments for 3 line+ patients.

$CTMX Let's see if we can get the mOS data from the dose-escalation and expansion cohorts, along with the mPFS data from the optimization cohorts, in the November Q3 ER. If the ER is scheduled for mid-November, there's a good chance these data will be available. Otherwise, the delay could be a very strong indication that patients are experiencing longer-than-expected survival and deeper, more durable responses, leaving the mOS data or (and) mPFS from optimization exhorts still immature!

$CTMX They’re not even close to done. There will be positive movement with the Varseta-M (CX-2051) Phase 1 data before year’s end.

$CTMX Then I suggest you cut your losses and get out. The rest of us are waiting for Varseta-M (CX-2051) Phase 1 monotherapy data.

$CTMX We’re not going to get any significant gains until they give us an update on Varseta-m sometime before year’s end. If it actually goes down, it will be a huge buying opportunity.
