Message volume changed to ‘normal’ from ‘extremely’ high in 24 hours.&nbsp;The preferred stock can be converted into Caliber’s common shares at a rate of $250 per share. The newly issued Series B shares come without voting rights, interest payments, or dividends.Separately, Caliber announced the launch of a new at-the-market (ATM) equity program under an existing $50 million shelf registration.&nbsp;The ATM mechanism enables Caliber to issue and sell common shares at current market rates, thereby funding its ongoing business goals. If pre-market gains hold, this could be the biggest one-day gain for the stock on record.
