Remember, when they went to Bangkok back in June at the invitation of the WHO, the point of the event was to demonstrate our technology to the Secretary of HHS-equivalents for various emerging world nations. The WHO was prepared to help Public Health governmental leaders at the event submit grant funding proposals to the WHO for purchasing these devices to expand diagnostics availability and pathogen-tracking in the corners of the world where it has yet to take hold (ie. India, SE Asia, Subsarahan Africa,etc.) Better days ahead in Q4 and they're on the verge of commercializing!

I expect a lot of things to go wrong at once and there is a possibility that Ebola or infectious disease is part of that. The Behold a Pale Horse thesis is not particularly cheerful, sure, but it does have more confirming evidence than any of us should be comfortable with.

$CODX They've gone all in on Ebola stuff. The Ebola outbreak has worsened all year but is still in the category of news that people can ignore. Given that these guys were able to pull the COVID EUA that sent this tiny dingleberry to 700 dollars a share, do I think they have a nonzero chance of being able to pull an Ebola EUA if the outbreak worsens? Yes, non zero and when you adjust for the potential return I have to go with the timeless words of Bixby Snyder from Robocop.

$CODX Announcement coming soon regarding update/unveiling of the new CoMira facility. It will coincide with the one year anniversary and the upcoming biotech conference in Dubai. As similar to other announcements, it will likely be the precursor to the dilution event. Be on the lookout. Additionally, expecting an after hours SEC filing detailing the shareholder meeting. It doesn’t appear the company has met quorum, again, which would be an unprecedented third time failure. Although if measures were passed, and reduced quorum amendment accepted by shareholders, the reverse split and dilution special meeting will come quickly. But since it hasn’t been announced yet, I’m leaning towards another lack of quorum filing. Keep an eye on this over the coming weeks. $CODX this partnering to do blood based detection is a joke. All the crap in blood is notoriously bad for a good PCR reaction. ReadyGo can get DNA out of a sample. CODX can do PCR on DNA. Sounds like a match made in heaven. But from what I have read, neither of these companies has the tech to clean up a blood based DNA sample well enough to get PCR to actually work on the result.
