$DAVA the fallout continues. The Board completely failed investors. People invest in a comlany and trust them not to do unethical or perhaps illegal accounting practices..yet here they are being investigated. Total failure of their fiduciary duty to shareholders.

I have now 35k of shares in $DAVA at average price os 3.35$. I don't see how this stock won't be around 15$ in a couple of years!

According to John Cotterell’s latest official ownership filing from 18 March 2026, Endava’s founder and CEO beneficially owns: 141,236 Class A shares 8,490,000 Class B shares Total: 8,631,236 shares One Endava ADS traded as DAVA represents one Class A share, and each Class B share can be converted into one Class A share. His economic ownership is therefore approximately 16.3% of Endava. However, his control is much greater: Class B shares carry 10 votes each, versus one vote for Class A shares. The most recent disclosed calculation showed Cotterell controlling approximately 48.92% of Endava’s voting power. Of his Class B holding, 6.5 million shares were held directly and 1.99 million through a trust of which he is a trustee.

$DAVA I try not to predict and I just try to follow the big guys. But from what I’ve seen, they were pretty much caught off guard too. They weren’t positioned for this recent drop either. If the company and management are legit, it should be fine. The one thing I really hate about this stock is the ADR fee. I really don’t want to bleed thousands of dollars a year just to hold it, it makes the stock expensive to own long term.
