$DRK great news! Now lets turn that into a compute deal. Patience will pay off. Demand is high for any power/compute nowadays. They should have problem to contract these power. How long and how much is what we are waiting for!

After hours trading shows DRK is up. Looks lke there was a seller today for whatever reason and it took time to alert the buyers. The valuation of $DRK now is so obviously lower amongst its peers.

$DRK The announced 30 MW agreement with Bitdeer Technologies Group ($BTDR) covering 30 MW across three sites in Tennessee and Kentucky fills the gap from bitcoin mining to AI. The agreements are designed to put existing capacity to work with an established industry partner, providing operating and revenue visibility, and maintain the financial flexibility to pursue future AI and high-performance computing opportunities. Near term catalyst?--DarkHorse reported that the first of the three sites had been installed, with the remaining two expected beforeend of November, 2026. Surprised on the selling today, but averaging in at better prices given the near term future is compelling, imo. JMO

$DRK Stock chart is getting interesting down here. Oversold yet? Base building down here? With 53 MW of power in the smaller data center market sector is pretty attractive at this market cap. $BTDR co- location agreement is a catalyst for future news.

$DRK update:The Hopkinsville fast-approval thesis is dead. City Council voted at the Oct 27 meeting to strip planning services from CDS and bring it in-house. Forming an internal team, hiring planners, and running statutory public hearings means a multi-month bureaucratic freeze ( 6 month?). With the S-3 resale shelf effective and zero near-term vote, this is set to bleed toward the $1.20 support pocket. Cash remains king

$DRK ...Hopkinsville CDS update: -Still ZERO official news or certified documents posted from Monday’s zoning meeting. -CDS portal hasn't updated past the Oct 9 draft, and local press (WHVO / Hoptown Chronicle) is silent. -If Option A actually passed without issues, it would be on the docket already. Cash is king until real paperwork drops.

$DRK ..The Plan Review 10-9 draft is live on the CDS site ahead of the Oct 26 board vote. Do the site math. Even under Option A (300 ft buffer + 50 ft setback), outdoor transformers, chillers, and switchyards CANNOT encroach into that 300 ft non-industrial buffer. The Holland parcel footprint-15 MW is structurally choked; 50 MW expansion on unacquired dirt is a pipe dream. S-3 dilution + ATM overhead means this flushes well under $2.00. Cash is king right now...I might go back in at 1.2-1.5 level...
