The CTO team provides organizational support, and back end support such as hiring an artist and creatin websites, the community drives activity associated with the project. This includes creating and sharing memes, maintaining discussion channels, and ensuring the Rage Guy character remains present in contemporary internet culture. The project does not claim utility beyond its role as a culture coin, and its sustainability depends entirely on voluntary participation and ongoing community interest.  From a transparency standpoint, the on-chain parameters of the token are publicly visible. These include the mint authority status, freeze authority, liquidity details (whether burned or locked), and circulating supply information. Any locked or burn addresses are disclosed for the purpose of supporting accurate supply tracking on external platforms.  Rage Guy ($FUUU) should not be viewed as an investment. As a result, customers are charged hundreds or thousands of dollars more for their loans than they expect. Attorney General James and the coalition are seeking court orders to stop OneMain’s “misleading and abusive practices” and to collect restitution for consumers who were “cheated”.In a vicious cycle, consumers are often forced to refinance into more expensive loan packages in order to keep up with payments to OneMain, at which point OneMain misleads them again and packs more products into their loans, the statement said.&nbsp;“OneMain targets people who are already struggling financially, saddling them with hidden fees and misleading loans to trap them in even more debt,” said Attorney General James. “These predatory tactics are driving up costs for working families across New York and the country. Today I am taking action to stop OneMain’s illegal and abusive business model and get New Yorkers their money back.”<h2 class="st-heading-2">Other Analyst Takes</h2>BofA analyst Mihir Bhatia earlier in the month lowered the firm's price target on OneMain to $66 from $74 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares. Comerica (CMA) shares fell 5% on Wednesday after the company missed the Wall Street estimate for fourth-quarter earnings.The lender reported an adjusted net earnings of $1.20 per share for the October to December quarter, compared with average analysts’ estimate of $1.26 per share, according to FinChat data.Its net interest income (NII) fell marginally to $575 million compared to last year.“Loans were pressured by paydowns in Commercial Real Estate, but we saw promising signals across other businesses that support our outlook for growth in 2025,” CEO Curtis C. Farmer said in a statement.The bank said that loans decreased $244 million to $50.6 billion sequentially during the fourth quarter, driven lower by a $225 million decline in Commercial Real Estate and a $132 million fall in Corporate Banking.
