Enigmatig Ltd, NYSE American, ~$5. Closed Tuesday +17.6% at $5.00 after a wild Monday ($2.99 open, $6.23 high, $13.11 premarket spike, closed $4.25). Up ~75% in 5 days on a thin float (8.3M) with no fundamental driver. This morning it's fading premarket, around $4.28, -14%.
And the big one: this morning the company put out a statement saying it's "not aware of any material developments" behind the move. That's a no-news confirmation — it usually kills the momentum thesis, not extends it.
