$ELME It closed at 1.77 yesterday, today a dividend of 1.74 was substracted, so fair price would be 0.03! Don t get blinded by the 90 % drop, company is winding down and will be delisted in november!

$ELME , I don’t own shares in this , but what I do know is that once they’re converted over to the OTC Exchange you should be able to sell your shares ONLY! I remember going through this with Core Scientific back in December 2022. I bought shares @ around $.09 cents after they filled for chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization thinking I could make a quick buck!. Wrong! The company had received a delisting notice from Nasdaq on December 22, 2022, following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. While Core Scientific initially moved to appeal the decision, it withdrew the appeal in January 2023, paving the way for its shares to trade under the OTC ticker symbol CORZQ. Note: After completing its bankruptcy reorganization, Core Scientific emerged from Chapter 11 and officially relisted back onto the Nasdaq on January 24, 2024. I kick myself for selling my shares way too early!. CORZQ over the counter dropped to $.01 cent, climbed ⬆️ to $6.00 before changing back over to the Nasdaq. Ouch!

I JUST BOUGHT 500 SHARES FOR $30. THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR AT LEAST A STUDIO. APARTMENTS RENT FOR $1,500 A MONTH. THAT’S $18,000 A YEAR ON A $30 INVESTMENT. I’M GOING TO CALL THE COMPANY AND FIND OUT WHICH UNIT IS MINE. HOPEFULLY IT HAS PARKING.
