$EVTL The only positive thing is that ownership is no longer in the hands of those morons but with the Mudrick fund; typically, this fund acquires distressed companies run by idiots and tries to extract value... the hope is that they manage to sell the company. Given that their shares and/or warrants are at 1.30, they’ll make a move sooner or later—they didn’t acquire the company without a plan. They aren't in the business of charity.

$EVTL I don’t remember having seen a company as bad as this one. How is this fcking possible?! How the management can accept continuing be in such position of loss day after day after day?

$EVTL holding the $0.50 range while they figure out the future. Like to see them certify the craft sooner than later and keep employees. Could mean major dilution. I don’t see slowing the certification process down as a way to spend less money. Who’s going to invest????

$EVTL I'm going with: First, reverse stock split because there is too much price to makeup in a short time. If the RS is something like 1 new share for 10 old shares, making the market price about $5.60, that is good news. Would suggest to me they aren't worried about another drop below $1.00. If the RS is more than 10 old shares for 1 new, they may be thinking continued downturn for some time and fearful of going under $1.00. Second, secure a buyer who can takeover and run the show without Mudrick loosing their investment, so more than $1.30 per share before RS. I don't believe bankruptcy would be good for Mudrick, so I don't see that happening. I'm just making a lot of guesses here. Happy to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

$EVTL most eVTOL plays are still years out on supply chain. Vertical already has seating and navigation locked in for Valo with certification still ahead, so there's an actual sequence of catalysts coming rather than just promises.

$EVTL saw that Marc Fontaine came on as a board member and it's a pretty notable pickup. Former Airbus exec now running Helsing France, so the aerospace and defense network he brings is real. Valo's supplier list keeps growing too, feels like the pieces are coming together.
