$FLL Waukegan Sept AGR 10.824 up 14.1% over last year. 12.2% after tax. Not bad. Problem is do these guys have any credibility left. They said this property would do 50 million EBITDA. Even right before it open twice on the quarterly conference call, they said it would probably do no ebitda the first month but would be at 4 million by the third month. Then when it did nothing like that they changed the story to it takes years to ramp up.
