$FLUT - Stake has resumed iGaming in Brazil after a São Paulo federal court granted an injunction against the provisional ban, valid until October 25 or a Supreme Court ruling. The court rejected Stake’s request to remove the ban entirely, finding licenses do not guarantee continued market access, but questioned whether the presidential measure met the required criteria for a provisional measure.

$FLUT Citi upgraded Flutter from Neutral to Buy this week, cutting the target 93 to 91. Same analyst who double-downgraded the stock to Sell back in April. Her argument: four straight quarters of misses and lowered guidance end with Q3 earnings on Nov 4. Citi expects EBITDA about 13% ahead of consensus, on US strength. The backdrop: shares have lost about 64% this year, down to a 52-week low near 73.50 last week after Brazil ordered online gambling shut down. Thursday's 4.7% bounce to near 79 came on about 8% of normal volume.

$FLUT I bought this around 2 years ago at 300. My broker told me it was a food company that made the marshmallow product for Fluffer Nutters sandwiches which I love. He told me the reason it was going down because people were eating healthier (less fluffy nuts). He left the business so I check out the portfolio myself and surprise surprise it’s a gambling company. My wife’s whole family are gambleholics. HTF can they be doing so bad? Healthy eating I understand at least. Even I try to have a salad once a week.
