The rumor stems from a misunderstanding of a technical ballot proposal voted on during FingerMotion's Special Shareholder Meeting on October 6, 2026. Raising the authorized share cap is simply a legal adjustment to the corporate charter. It increases the limit of total shares the company is allowed to create in the future. It does not mean those 300 million shares were printed, issued, or dumped into the open market to dilute the current float. Social media forums often confuse an increase in "authorized shares" with an active, massive dilutive "share release." FingerMotion does not have 300 million new active shares on the market today.

$FNGR despite the promising press releases FNGR have done this stock is sitting at 0.14. Something doesn’t add up and to strengthen my suspicion the very, very, very small share purchase from the CEO my personal thought is that they have been advised by their attorney to have a few shares to say they supported the company. Even on speculation from the information that’s been put out this stock should be at 1-2 dollars. There’s always been alarm bells but I guess all we can do is sit back and watch. FNGR is a casino stock at the end of the day.
