$FRSH Freshworks is a company I've used on and off for 10+ years. They're an old-school Indian company mainly focused on customer service / communication solutions. I've always found their services to be quality and good value for the price. This type of business lends itself well to agentic AI, which they are attacking with their Freddy AI on nearly all fronts. It's sort of $NICE / $NOW agentic AI play for smaller businesses. I might get on board this one. Up 8% on the year and 59% in 6M after being in an eternal slump. This could be a turnaround story.

Freshworks will join the S&P SmallCap 600, replacing BioLife Solutions effective before the market opens on Oct. 8, 2026. S&P Dow Jones Indices said the change follows Repligen’s pending acquisition of BioLife Solutions, which is expected to close soon subject to final closing conditions. 
The index inclusion could increase demand and visibility for Freshworks shares, as funds that track the S&P SmallCap 600 generally need to purchase newly added constituents to align their portfolios with the index. The move may also provide additional institutional exposure to the software company. 
Freshworks operates in the information technology sector, while BioLife Solutions is classified under healthcare. The index rebalancing will take effect ahead of Thursday’s trading session.
