However, if the sale does go through, Kraft Heinz will not receive any of the proceeds and will pay certain expenses of the registration of the shares.Berkshire Hathaway has so far remained Kraft Heinz’s largest shareholder since the company coupled with 3G Capital in 2015 to merge Kraft Foods and H.J. Heinz. Earnings per share were $3.22, also below the estimate.Management stated that the company anticipates an approximately $20 million impact from aluminum tariffs for the remainder of its fiscal year, down from its earlier expectation of $30 million.
