NYSE literally says complaints are REVIEWED first, and then they determine whether further investigative action is necessary. Your own screenshot says they are “reviewing the information provided.”

$GPUS Debt is dilution with better marketing. Equity dilution cuts your ownership percentage. Debt dilution claims cash flows, assets, and residual value ahead of you. On a balance sheet already showing negative working capital and thin equity, “non-dilutive” long-term debt simply moves the claim higher in the stack. Common equity still loses through subordination and reduced residual value rather than share count.
