GSVRF Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd.

$GSVRF even though the company is not first class miner nor makes a ton of money, yet, it is one of very few pure gold and silver plays on the entire market. only 3% of income comes from base metals. that is very unique. once they are done reinvesting into the mines, aisc will go down quite significantly and they can focus on turning a solid profit. if silver is in triple digits next year, there will be a good reason to celebrate.

$GSVRF someone was sharing on twitter that the company made $65M share offering on 8th this month. i have not been able to find it though but in case it was real, i am wondering whether fresnillo decided to sell them those two mines after all because i see no need for $65M cash right now for anything else. they paid $50M for bolanitos so 60-65 for two mines would add up, if they are still good mines. though putting them back into production will cost a ton. i would welcome this news but then i also want to see some profits and production going up significantly. we've been patient long enough, many way way way too long. comparatively i am merely a newcomer.

$GSVRF so it is true, they updated their prospectus to be able to offer up to $65M worth of shares. at 31 cents, that is 210M shares. it makes sense though as they are reinvesting everything into the mines right now and their cash is therefore running out. they will need some money to finance the operations. the main question is whether they can deliver value next year after they are done spending on exploration drilling...or not. if they cannot get up to 5M AgEq in 2027, it would turn this into a bad investment.
