$HPK Looks like a very posative restrucutring of debt is going down. The company is essentially replacing its expensive ~$1.17B term loan, currently carrying SOFR + 7.5%, with $450M of strategic preferred capital and a new lower-cost credit facility. This should significantly reduce interest expense, remove the $30M quarterly amortization pressure, and strengthen the balance sheet. More importantly, HPK is no longer negotiating from a position where debt pressure could force a sale. With strategic investors coming in at a $9.50 conversion price, management now has more flexibility and leverage to wait for the right offer rather than accepting a discounted acquisition price.

$HPK The Refinance is the main reason this stock is moving up to fair value. When you add on 90+ oil, lower CAPEX for remainder of 2026, and 1 rig program to keep barrels of oil running in place we will keep making good profits. Shorts BEWARE its going to cost you more $$ to cover!!
