$JQC Whenever there's a crisis (2009, 2021) $JQC hits a low. When the crisis abates, it recovers. There have been several dividend adjustments (2023 raise, March 2026 cut) but the return has always been high. It's currently 13%.  The lowest rate I could find was 6% in 2019. The monthly payment enhances the compounding effect. The fund has been going for over 20 years.  The prime management company, Nuveen, is in charge, this looks like a good, long term investment, especially at this level. The monthly low ever recorded was 3 in 2009.
