K.P. Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award from JK Paper Limited to develop a 91.4 MW wind-solar hybrid power project in Gujarat, the company said in a regulatory filing dated March 27, 2026. The turnkey project covers end-to-end execution and ongoing maintenance services.

The project will be delivered on a turnkey basis, covering engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
