$KPRX not a great deal... Spending all tranche 1 warrants (1.92 strike price) cash for the acquisition, dropping an asset and in need of cash for the ph3 program (= more dilution...). I even wonder whether stock will be pumped enough to allow warrants exercise... KPRX has gotten much riskier (unless more institutional support appears)

$KPRX  Whoa! I guess the 104 results must have been bad. It was not blinded study so kiora has been viewing the results as they come it, low enrolment combined with poor early data caused them to pull the plug and swerve to 401? Is this a downward spiral? Same situation as the 101
