Seems massively overdone with the fairly near term commercialization of Billion dollar therapies that are potentially curative of terrible diseases. $KYTX submitting for BLA Q4 2026. Market cap all similar and not much Juice in them in my opinion. Let’s have one get bought for true value and then a bidding war for the 2 remaining companies 🍀✨

$KYTX When you look at where CAR-T therapy is headed, Kyverna’s story feels like a total game-changer. We saw the potential early on with Juno Therapeutics. Even after a severe setback in their trials where 5 patients died from brain swelling, the platform proved its worth: Celgene bought Juno for $9 billion, and BMS acquired Celgene for $74 billion. Today, BMS’s Breyanzi generates massive revenue. What makes Kyverna so compelling is how they've fixed the safety issue that plagued early cell therapies. Their lead treatment, miv-cel, is engineered for autoimmune conditions—showing a clean safety profile with no severe cytokine release or neurotoxicity across trial patients. Manufacturing CAR-Ts is still expensive, but the payoff is huge if a single infusion can replace a lifetime of chronic meds. Living right near this biotech hub, I really believe time will show how massive the upside is here. I sold the Juno stocks after their failed clinical trials. Not anymore.

$KYTX I see tons of bears came here to fill the bear trap. RSI is extremely oversold with a 25% short interest. There were no real sellers just shorts. The 80% of the float is owned by insiders and institutions. Insiders and tutes are not selling.

Instead of rallying, the stock immediately reversed all its gains. • Spring 2026: after announcing great primary results for its Phase 2 KYSA-8 trial, the stock experienced a 14% crash. • July, the stock sank another 14% in a single session after JPMorgan trimmed its price target down to $29. Investors and institutional analysts are heavily penalizing the stock due to structural financial concerns rather than the science itself: burning through capital rapidly ~ $153 Mil/YR to fund its multi-indication clinical trials. I hope mgmt is taking notice!

$KYTX Fundamentals are very strong. It's just about being patient during this crazy biotech sell-off.

$KYTX data aside which we know is solid, the CEO made an important point the mkt is missing: The weighted average cost per treatment is $500K - $600K and Biddle said they expect to price at a premium. Even if the cost is flat this is blockbuster drug based on the 2k patient subset they’ve identified as the most viable candidates for treatment. Extrapolate that to the full 6k patient population and it’s a multi-billion dollar drug. The mkt is viewing this as a one and done. SPS is simply the appetizer to fund the rest of the pipeline for which it has already been established that the addressable market for gMG is larger. So this story likely turns into a very profitable company in short order.

$KYTX key date to watch At the 10th Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting (MS Toronto 2026), Kyverna Therapeutics is scheduled to present the comprehensive patient dataset from its KYSA-8 trial for Stiff-Person Syndrome and extended follow-ups from the KYSA-6 trial for generalized myasthenia gravis. The presentation will provide crucial data on long-term B-cell kinetics, granular mobility tracking, and safety metrics to further de-risk the miv-cel (KYV-101) profile.

$KYTX Got a few hundred shares today under 6.60 today, almost half price it was 7 months ago and story has matured positively. Buying more tomorrow if price declines further. Holding through FDA approval.

$KYTX gMG is only 2 years behind SPS. They could treat 2,000 SPS patients in the first two years and get $1.4 billion in revenue. That support $400 stock price. They can treat 10,000 gMG patients continuously from US and Europe. That is $7 billion in revenue and that is $1,600 per share. Just keep buying at such low price.
