$LODE Imagine the space that CDG fills in the heads of trolls like AlteredEgo. Multiple years after having lost money on a trade here, he wakes up EVERY single morning thinking about LODE. Very sad and unhealthy. Like a lot of LODEsters, I swing traded CISO and made a lot (3X - 4X) of money until I got caught in a swing that went the wrong way. CISO's CEO either incompetently set impossible guidance or flat out lied. I don't really care to find out which, it doesn't matter. I sold for a loss, moved the money elsewhere and removed it from my watchlist. Haven't thought about it since other than for the sake of this example. What happened to taking personal responsibility for your trades ?

$LODE newmark is one of the major players in CRE! They’re big dawgs! Glad to see a major brokerage shop will be handling SSOF! This is a very encouraging announcement.

LOL, those 18 million shares are sophisticated patient capital that pilot fish with Kaufman and his big swinging whale dick. At this point the float is so tight you can hear a pin drop on it from space. Doubt me? Keep selling.

$LODE You're going to get a breakout candle on volume today or tomorrow - but the big action, in my view, will be the pending/forthcoming MSA's that carry gravitas...Why do they? Because they represent an informal audit of the company from the MSA feedstock provider - aint none of them forking over panels without knowing they will be fully absolved of downstream risk in hiring us. These MSA's can come at any minute - and with them, an instantaneous dislodging of 70% of the overhead resistance - the remaining 30% will likely just sit it out and stay long...See what it gives us.....

$LODE The next 2 weeks could be rocky: Macro -------- PPI Thursday, CPI Friday and Fed decision next Wednesday. FedWatch 62% probability of a rate hike Kalshi hs 57% probability of a rate hike Micro -------- Based on the last PR, they seem to be planning to only send a PR out when they reach the "first production milestone" which I think we have to interpret as sustained continuous operation which is likely later this month or possibly even next month. If they want a full month of continuous operation, they wouldn't likely be able to announce that until October -- assuming they are ok with 30 days vs calendar month. In the end, interest rates don't matter to a company with no debt service but that will not matter in a broader sell off. A broad sell off while there is peak uncertainty over the ability of site 1 to scale is what the bears are hoping for. 1 year from now, none of this will matter and that is my time horizon. In the meantime, you might want to have some cash on hand

$LODE It's extremely unlikely that the growing quantity of borrowed shorts reported are institutional. They are almost certainly retail accounts being tallied and reported by brokers. For many years this ticker was largely traded by retail only. Institutions of any note other than low-tier prop firms dont typically short penny stocks in a traditional sense, especially ones with activist boards making big changes. There isn't really enough upside to justify the risk. However, a DMM might carry a hedge in the form of a swap line from their liqudity provider, but that is not reported to finra. Swap lines are a side deal between the DMM and their prime broker. big Institutional investors are accumulating and have been for months. Generally by simply sit around and wait for retail to dump into them at lows and they are rarely if ever in a rush. Not hard to do when the stock is a favorite and historically vulnerable punching bag for retailers that trade short on "technical analysis".

$LODE Just watched Corrado at Lytham Partners conference. If you can sit through that and not think we've got massive MSA's coming then you're just not paying attention.

$LODE Short term, they own land, power, fibre, water that the richest tech companies are desperate for. Long term, they’re at the beginning of a recycling/critical minerals market expected to grow exponentially for 20 years. I see why institutions are buying, win-win.
