$LODE frequently makes a great point I agree with- The stock price may suck, and it may be (is) manipulated, and it's infested with short-selling cockroaches and weak-handed holders, BUT these factors result in the gift that keeps on giving! To be able to buy shares at just over $3, here and now, is just crazy. To NOT capitalize on that opportunity is not something I am capable of...lol 😁 Porsches on sale for ten-cents on the dollar? I'll buy all I possibly can, thank you very much. Bruce asked me about 4 years ago over breakfast what I thought of the stock and company and my response was "do you want the BEAR case? Or the BULL case?" Because either were quite easy to make. Me trying to make the bear case now, is pretty much impossible given the current situation. So, I do the only thing I can do, understand that the stock won't "hit" wait patiently until it does, and in the meantime buy more shares (or call options as I did yesterday for the first time EVER), because I want all the exposure I can get. Folks have to make the effort to understand what is at play with Comstock Inc, it's not easy for many to grasp the big picture and furthermore investors in general are just fucking lazy and don't want to work to understand something with many moving parts. That's ok 😉myself and others are happy to buy your shares. Closing comments and opinion- SSOF monetization is going to bring in $300MM -$ 500 MM, they need ~$200 MM to roll out 7 plants and 1-2 tailing processing facilities. That leaves ~$100 MM-$300 MM for special distribution and share buyback program. There is a certain, specific way to implement the buyback which will eviscerate embedded shorts in the stock. That this set-up is even possible/likely to occur is incomprehensible odds. But I am convinced it will happen. My money is where my mouth is.

$LODE same players that invested over 100m in this company in the past year also have the ability at any moment to take this up 30/40/50 percent in a day. With less volume than you think. Whoever is trying to drop it is meticulously trying to use as few shares as possible to do so. No one is running for the hills and panic selling. Yup I am a long that keeps on buying. $LODE Another Friday. This should be another good day. Call me smart or stupid, but I have over 330,000 shares. All in A Roth. The Bears allowed me to buy more at a good price. This is my prediction. $5.00 soon, 10.00 eventually, $50,00 possible, 100.00 maybe 200.00 not out of the question. The Sky is the limit. One problem, I’m going on 79, so Lode Family keep loading up on LODE. I probably won’t see my prediction come true. I just take it one day at a time.

$LODE These are the facts: * SolarCycle charges $700 per ton, LODE charges $500 * SolarCycle has well over $100M in debt, LODE has $0 debt * SolarCycle's system require manual disassembly, LODE's does not * SolarCycle released an article in Jan 2026 stating they were trying to ramp to 25k tons by EOY 2026. The article published 8 months later stated the same objective, so they have not achieved 25k ton run rate yet and there is no indication they are on target * SolarCycle's industrial scale facility is in Georgia, 50% of the panels up for decommissioning over the next few years are on the west coast. Transportation costs are a major expense and factor into who a utility company chooses Everything above is fact.

$LODE The next 2 weeks could be rocky: Macro -------- PPI Thursday, CPI Friday and Fed decision next Wednesday. FedWatch 62% probability of a rate hike Kalshi hs 57% probability of a rate hike Micro -------- Based on the last PR, they seem to be planning to only send a PR out when they reach the "first production milestone" which I think we have to interpret as sustained continuous operation which is likely later this month or possibly even next month. If they want a full month of continuous operation, they wouldn't likely be able to announce that until October -- assuming they are ok with 30 days vs calendar month. In the end, interest rates don't matter to a company with no debt service but that will not matter in a broader sell off. A broad sell off while there is peak uncertainty over the ability of site 1 to scale is what the bears are hoping for. 1 year from now, none of this will matter and that is my time horizon. In the meantime, you might want to have some cash on hand

However, I do not think the business is dead. The evidence suggests it is being rebuilt as a feedstock-flexible biomass, materials and licensing platform first—with large-scale renewable fuels as a later possibility. If Hexas generates commercial revenue in 2027 and Bioleum attracts strategic capital, this underappreciated $LODE asset could become more valuable. That outcome remains speculative. Until then: optionality, not earnings.

$LODE with the short interest as high as it is and presuming most, if not all of it was exercised sub $4.80, does a press release stating SSOF under contract take the price to the 52W high by day’s end - or in pre market? Can you imagine 5m shares trampling over themselves to get out at $5, $7, $12, $17 - all occurring in minutes? Those without a BTC stoploss gunna be in deep shit - then comes the call from the broker. Talk about an ugly way to start your day. Have a great weekend mofos. Added every day this week.
