$LONA This is interesting, the stock was trading at the $6.35 warrant price just a few days ago, all of a sudden it drops 40%. They need money by the end of the year at current burn rate. This sure seems like manipulation by someone to raise money at a lower price.

$LONA My understanding of what is happening: imlunestrant+abemaciclib approval --> activated warrants (which were out-of-the money so no way they are getting exercised at original price) --> LONA needs the cash so they will make a deal at much lower price

$LONA Hmmmm... Certainly way above average shares traded but only 10 million shares OS... 6.5 Float. Certainly, didn't take much too annilate the stock, no matter. Almost like someone knew the Warrant Excerise was coming and was locked and loaded. Would have excepted major shareholder, Perceptive, to have been better prepared for this but who knows. They could be in on it too. 😂🤷
