These products, offered by major issuers including Bitwise, Grayscale, 21Shares, Canary Capital, and Franklin Templeton, are now listed on prominent exchanges like the NYSE Arca, Nasdaq, and Cboe BZX. While Ripple remains a key contributor to the ecosystem, the underlying XRP Ledger continues to operate as an open-source and decentralized network.

The network operates through thousands of independent validator nodes that process transactions and execute smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Smart contracts are self-executing programs written in Solidity that automatically carry out agreements when conditions are met, eliminating intermediaries like banks or brokers.   Validators stake ETH as collateral to propose and validate blocks, earning rewards for honest participation while facing penalties for malicious behavior. The EIP-1559 upgrade introduced a dynamic base fee mechanism that burns ETH with each transaction, creating deflationary pressure during high network activity when more ETH is burned than issued to validators.  Vitalik Buterin proposed Ethereum in 2013, but seven co-founders helped build it, including Gavin Wood who created Solidity and the EVM technical specification, and Joseph Lubin who founded ConsenSys. The project launched in July 2015 after raising over $18 million through crowdfunding, quickly becoming the largest blockchain developer community. Major milestones include the 2020 Beacon Chain launch, the 2021 London hard fork implementing fee burning, and the 2022 Merge to Proof of Stake.   Ether (ETH) serves multiple functions: paying transaction fees (gas), staking to secure the network and earn 3-5% annual yields, serving as collateral in DeFi protocols, and purchasing NFTs and digital assets. The asset is increasingly adopted by traditional institutions, with publicly traded companies adding ETH to corporate treasuries to generate staking yields while maintaining blockchain exposure, and in 2024, the SEC approved spot Ethereum ETFs, allowing traditional investors to gain exposure through conventional brokerage accounts.  Ethereum's roadmap focuses on dramatically increasing transaction capacity to over 100,000 per second, reducing confirmation times, and enhancing decentralization while maintaining security against future threats like quantum computing.

The network is faster and cheaper than Bitcoin, with new blocks mined every 75 seconds and transaction fees typically just a fraction of a cent. Privacy adoption has surged in 2025, with over 30% of total ZEC supply now held in fully shielded pools. Man Industries, Aramco Asia India sign MoU to set up steel pipe unit in Saudi Arabia

Man Industries India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aramco Asia India. This agreement explores establishing a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. Man Industries shares fell nearly 16% intraday on Tuesday after the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), barred the company and its top officials from accessing the securities markets for a period of&nbsp;two years.The&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/MANINDS.NSE">pipe manufacturer’s shares</a> fell to their lowest levels since May, despite management clarifying that this regulatory move does not impact their operations. It stated that it continues to have a strong order book of ₹ 4,700 crore and is fully operational."The Company does not engage in any trading activity in securities markets, and therefore, the directions relating to restrain from accessing the securities market have no impact on its core business operations," Man Industries said in an exchange filing.Regulatory Setback&nbsp;On Monday, SEBI issued an order barring Man Industries and its three executives, including the company's chairman, Ramesh Mansukhani, managing director, Nikhil Mansukhani, and former finance chief, Ashok Gupta, from the securities market.&nbsp;The order noted that Man Industries deliberately misstated its financial statements from 2015-16 to 2020-21, excluding a subsidiary from consolidation to suppress losses and artificially inflate profits. These issues involved the non-consolidation of subsidiary Merino Shelters from FY15 to FY21, as well as minor compliance lapses.
