Annamycin's antitumor activity in preclinical pancreatic cancer was partially mediated by CD8+ T-cell cytotoxicity suggesting CD8 cells aren't just infiltrating tumors, but actually contributing to tumor killing. Prior data showed significant tumor inhibition and >60% improvement in median survival (29 vs 18 days). The science behind MBRX continues to be impressive. Hopefully they find a partner to advance these promising preclinical findings.

Friday is a catalyst PR at 1:00 EST this month is the completion of the 90 patient enrollment with results in Dec - Feb. To believe it can go from .53 back to $1:00 isn't a long shot. Nothing has changed in the science we have global IP protection gaining new countries as recently as May (Hong Kong). The FDA has reviewed the current results and approved adding more patients not stopping the process. We are very close to success not farther away. All in my humble opinion.

Another important piece of the puzzle: Moleculin has secured additional patent protection for its proprietary liposomal Annamycin formulation, extending protection into 2040. This comes at a very interesting time. We have the pivotal MIRACLE AML program advancing, encouraging interim response data already reported, additional Annamycin opportunities being explored beyond AML, and new pancreatic cancer data approaching. Patents alone won’t move the stock ….clinical execution will. But if Annamycin continues to deliver positive results, having strong IP protection through 2040 could become extremely valuable for future commercialization, partnerships or strategic interest.
