The equity could end up worthless on this.  Still a low probability but the risk is def there.  How does MLCO get out of its debt?  If it sells all its assets, iwhich one would actually make an enough money to keep it going?  Ho might decide it better to just cut $2B in liabilities but letting the common go to zero.  He would still have control though parent company.
