Post split Knicks valued at $10- bIllion and Rangers valued at $3 billion means total 13 Billion billion implies Knicks $421  at$24 million shares= $10Billion and Rangers  at $250 x 12 million =$3 billion. Total is Now only $9.6 billion to $13 billion is 36% upside. There are alot of hot tech bigwigs who could pay $15 billion for Knicks alone or 15 billion/24 million shares=$625 for KNICK share stub alone.
