$NRSN Another reminder of how difficult neurodegenerative drug development is. Alector’s TREM2 program failed in Phase 2, and now Novartis’ VHB937 failed both primary and secondary endpoints in a 251-patient ALS Phase 2 trial. This doesn’t prove PrimeC will succeed, but it shows how valuable a reproducible positive ALS signal could become. PrimeC now needs to prove it in Phase 3. At this point, funding should be the easiest part. Give PrimeC the money and let the data prove the rest. 👀

NRSN did regain compliance with the $1 bid price rule. The only outstanding issue is the MVLS requirement (minimum MVLS of at least $35M).

$NRSN rule to remember: don't ride a stock down, and choose stocks that the market likes, or will soon like. It does not matter if you like a stock or not, the MARKET has to like it.

$NRSN So where are these guys headed? 3 options I think. They are not acquired and heavily diluted, investors continue to be screwed. I put that at 55%: discounted raise within weeks, buys survival but not Phase 3. Next is at 25% ie delisting to OTC by early 27. Last at 15%, a regional licensing deal post Health Canada accepts the filing. Finally 5% they get bought. Pharma has walked once after looking at them plus they can pick them up cheap if want if they crash and burn. On the data side it is over sold in my view. The primary endpoint was a biomarker, exosomal TDP-43. The real clinical measure, ALSFRS-R at 6 months double-blind missed at p=0.12. Also the 32.8% slowing and the 15 month survival gap had a hazard ratio of 0.42 with p=0.11. Numbers analysed very small. Just my thoughts. If there was money coming it would be here long before now. I think dilution and ultimately delisting looks where they’re going.

$NRSN i wrote the investor relations department to extend the warrant deadline thats 2mm + shares off the table and a delisting if they dont extend. Alon has no issues missing every other deadline so how about one more?

$NRSN i dont get why they didnt just sue the big pharma that had them waiting and delayed their work and ontop of that probably ruined neurosense and prime c name in the health sector
