Ethereum is a global, open-source platform for decentralized applications. In other words, it is a decentralized blockchain platform that enables developers to build and deploy smart contracts and applications without central authority control. Unlike Bitcoin, which primarily functions as digital currency, Ethereum operates as a programmable global computer where developers can create any type of decentralized service.   The platform hosts over $14 billion in DeFi applications with hundreds of thousands of active users across financial protocols, NFT marketplaces, and gaming platforms. Its transition to Proof of Stake in September 2022 reduced energy consumption by over 99%, addressing environmental concerns while strengthening network security.  The network operates through thousands of independent validator nodes that process transactions and execute smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Smart contracts are self-executing programs written in Solidity that automatically carry out agreements when conditions are met, eliminating intermediaries like banks or brokers.   Validators stake ETH as collateral to propose and validate blocks, earning rewards for honest participation while facing penalties for malicious behavior. The EIP-1559 upgrade introduced a dynamic base fee mechanism that burns ETH with each transaction, creating deflationary pressure during high network activity when more ETH is burned than issued to validators. $NRSN Imagine someone wants to accumulate 500,000 NRSN shares. If they simply send a huge market order, they could push a thin stock dramatically higher and end up paying much more. Instead:

Buying comes in → $0.42 → $0.47
The buyer slows/stops → traders take profits → $0.47 → $0.44
At the lower price, buying returns → $0.44 → $0.48
Another pullback → buying returns again
Eventually supply gets absorbed → breakout toward $0.52

That can create exactly the stair-step and repeated recovery pattern we saw yesterday.

The important feature isn’t really the pullbacks themselves. It’s what happens after them. If every meaningful sell-off encounters fresh demand and the stock repeatedly establishes higher lows/highs on heavy volume, that can indicate someone is willing to absorb shares.

NOW, why would someone suddenly decide to take SUCH A HIGH risk on a stock strugling for nasdaq compliance?

BMS, meanwhile, explicitly lists ALS disease-modifying therapies among its neuroscience partnering interests, says external partnerships are central to its neuroscience strategy, and says more than 60% of its development pipeline is externally sourced. 

Alon was recently sitting down personally with BMS’s Head of Strategic Partnerships (judging by alons ig post), while NRSN is actively seeking a strategic phrma deal

$NRSN The CEO and CFO each personally invested $200K at $0.80/share , $400K combined. At $0.45, they’re currently down 44% on paper.
They clearly have an incentive to regain Nasdaq compliance organically through funding, partnerships and share-price appreciation rather than relying on an RS.

$NRSN HC with an 8$ price target yesterday.. this one caught my eye.. ALS and Alzheimers, if there would be a true lotto ticket, its this lol.. 

If they get any of those two, stock can reach 1B market cap as a minimum..

These are rare plays, the thing is when to get it.. phase 3 will be starting soon, if that passes, this will be halted 500 times up to 100$, that is ALS.. thats is why HC just put the price target right now, so we can get in before phase 3 trials.. 

Alzheimers trials have not started i think. 

It all revolves around Prime C it looks like. 

Going to dig into it more during the weekend. I like this for now, unrelated to rates or war, the teo biggest problems in the market right now.

$NRSN What I find especially interesting is how closely NeuroSense fits BMS’ publicly stated neuroscience partnering interests.

BMS says it is looking for disease-modifying opportunities in ALS, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, with interest in neuroinflammation, protein biology, RNA-related mechanisms, biomarkers and translational science.

NeuroSense basically checks a lot of those boxes: PrimeC in ALS, CogniC in Alzheimer’s, StabiliC in Parkinson’s, plus TDP-43/biomarker work and a multi-pathway approach targeting neuroinflammation and protein-related pathology.

That still proves absolutely nothing. But when you combine that strategic fit with Alon meeting BMS’ Head of Strategic Partnerships, it definitely gets interesting. Maybe it was just dinner.. maybe not..

$NRSN Reverse split in micro caps usually followed by continued declines as it doesn’t fix the underlying cash problem. They n d do do both. Recent share volatility can be attributable to a number of technical factors not just the partnership rumour mill. It would be great if a major pharma came in, but be careful buying into hype. Let’s hope there is a player interested but it has been a long time and still no dance partner. History suggests investors right to be skeptical and cautious.
