The pullback came after the company released its September-quarter update, which showed continued growth across its beauty and fashion businesses.In a regulatory filing on Sunday, Nykaa said it saw accelerated momentum in Q2 FY26 and anticipates consolidated revenue growth in the mid-twenties range. The company expects its consolidated net revenue growth to be in the mid-20s in the second quarter compared to the same period last year, driven by the festive season.&nbsp;In an exchange filing released in the post-market hours, Nykaa said that it expects its consolidated Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) to be close to the thirties in the July-August quarter of the financial year 2026, as against the mid twenties in the last few quarters. "This superior performance is driven by renewed growth in the Fashion vertical and healthy performance of Beauty vertical," it said.Nykaa anticipates its beauty segment will achieve mid-twenties growth in net sales value (NSV) and revenue, marking its tenth consecutive quarter of such performance. That translates to approximately 2.3% of the company’s total equity, valued at ₹1,210 crore.&nbsp;Reports suggest that early investors Harindarpal Singh Banga and Indra Banga halved their holdings from nearly 5% to around 2–2.5% through this block deal.&nbsp;Fundamentally, SEBI-registered&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/Ca_mscofficial">analyst Mayank Singh Chandel</a> highlighted that&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NYKAA.NSE">Nykaa&nbsp;</a>appeared expensive, with a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 879.
