$OGI $ACB so I worked out Organigram Aurora so that it is favorable for both sides __ BAT injects 100 million so that ogi has 51% ownership they keep Organigram name and CEO while the ticket symbol is ACB __ there will be 110 million shares of new company opening at $4 USD __ ACB shareholders get 1.58 a share and .855 per share 10000 shares gets you $15800 cash and 8550 shares while ogi shareholders get 1 for 3 reverse split 30000 shares become 10000 shares at $4 _ own OGI and would vote for combined merger lead by BAT management

$OGI investors may be overlooking this:

BAT is already near 49% ownership, but the Sanity earnout will be paid largely in new OGI shares, potentially diluting BAT and reopening room for another strategic investment.

That could matter a lot when OGI needs capital for Europe or eventual U.S. expansion.

Sanity dilution may actually create the runway for the next BAT financing.
