Omaxe Limited has committed an investment of Rs 250 crore to develop its premium residential project, Omaxe Cassia, in Lucknow, with nearly 300 of 360 units already sold as construction begins in April 2026. The project, located within the 690-acre Omaxe Metro City township, marks a significant capital commitment in the region.

Omaxe Garv Buildtech will invest ₹250 crore in a new residential project in Lucknow. The Omaxe Cassia project will offer 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. Meanwhile, Brigade Enterprises has bought land in Hyderabad. They plan to build a residential project on this site.

Omaxe Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, has received RERA registration for its “Commercial-3 Block-3” project in Lucknow on April 23, 2026. The approval enables the company to market and sell the development, which caters to both domestic and international markets, and is valid until December 17, 2030, subject to regulatory conditions.
