$OSRH 🤔 👇 The $30M VXM01 IP acquisition changes the picture This is another important development. OSRH subsequently completed the acquisition of the full VXM01 IP portfolio, including patents, manufacturing know-how, regulatory filings, clinical data and biological materials. The purchase price is $30M, but importantly, the $30M becomes payable upon the first milestone event, defined as completion of Phase 2b or equivalent in GBM or PDAC. So OSRH isn’t simply writing a $30M cheque today. And owning the IP at the parent level means the economic value ultimately sits more directly at OSRH.

$OSRH We are approaching the hearing session on the 29th, and I feel the company has plenty of catalysts to present. These coming days are a pivotal phase—let's wait and see.

$OSRH Patience, just waiting on the panels ruling, which in the short term will either be a bust or a boom, but will not define the company in the long term. Performance and fundamentals mater, eventually.
