$PLBY Now is not the time to panic. We have been here before - but this time there is no legitmate concern about bankruptcy. Q2 report income was positive as opposed to a net loss a year ago. Debt is coming down, the float size is going down and me will have alot of addition revenue in the next 3 quarters. Only fans is a vision of what this could become.

$PLBY I’m not remotely worried. A lot of guaranteed income inbound and alot of quality new hires. We have spotted an investment opportunity before the rest of the market. The quarters will do the talking going forward. Plus that China money could fall into our lap. $PLBY There have been a couple of recent news announcements that are not showing on the Playboy Investor Relations website. The news about the two additions to the senior team, Amanda Alborano as Art Director and Andrew Phillips as Director of Audience and yesterday's news about the launch of the 2026 Great Playmate Search. I sent an email to investors@playboy.com last Tuesday, October 13 and have not received a reply. Today I sent an email to PLBY@mzgroup.us. MZ Group was chosen by Playboy to lead strategic investor relations and shareholder communications effective February 12, 2026. It seems that current and prospective shareholders should be receiving these news announcements as soon as they are released on the Investor Relations website, and not relying on third party websites for this information. I received a response from MZ Group and will post in the comments.

Reminder of this insane daily falling wedge setup for $PLBY 🐇 - Playboy announced two senior leadership appointments intended to support the next phase of global brand and licensing growth. - Average 1 year price target of $2.75, 155% higher - Back in June, agreed to repurchase 16.6M shares. This deal is structured through year end, so could reduce the share count.

$PLBY I eagerly await the next November call. During the last one, they said nothing about the (non-performing) debt they have in China, amounting to $81 million, and it would be appropriate for someone to point this out to them. I'll just say that between debt collection and buybacks, if everything holds true, we'd easily see $2 by the end of the year.

$PLBY Some additional thoughts on Playboy's 16.6 million share repurchase from Fortress at $1.05. It's a share buyback. Instead of open market purchases, this is an agreement between two companies. Retiring shares as mentioned by Marc Crossman in the Q2 earnings call, which is approximately 15% of current shares outstanding, will immediately increase EPS and boost proportional stake of remaining shareholders. As of August 24, they have repurchased approximately 4.76 million shares. Removes a 16.6 million share block from being sold in open market that could cause further pressure on the stock. The stock traded above $1.05 for 3 months after the agreement was announced. Q3 earnings will have two new revenue streams from paid voting and sponsors. It is my opinion that PLBY moves higher past $1.05 as we get closer to November earnings and on any positive news announcements.

$PLBY dumped about 200K this week. Can't justify staying in a company with less than 10% growth rate, very little earnings vs RDDT who is trading at fwd PE of 24, 60% growth rate and wildly profitable with zero debt. Still have way too much on the books, but it felt good to transfer some dollars out of here.
