<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Stifel lowered the firm's price target on DraftKings to $44 from $46.</li><li>Guggenheim has also lowered the firm's price target on DraftKings to $42 from $45.</li><li>JPMorgan said that Gaming stocks "are carrying a lot of baggage and negativity," so investors should be selective.&nbsp;</li></ul>Shares of DraftKings (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/DKNG">DKNG</a>) fell more than 6% on Friday after several analysts slashed their price targets on the stock ahead of its expected fourth quarter (Q4) earnings results on Monday.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Price Cuts</h2>Stifel lowered the firm's price target on DraftKings to $44 from $46 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares.The firm said it has approached Q4 earnings for the online gambling group cautiously despite mostly attractive valuations, noting that it tactically favors DraftKings in the near-term given NBA handle share momentum, de-risked consensus FY26 (fiscal year 2026) estimates, potential upside from the Winter Olympics and World Cup.&nbsp;Guggenheim also lowered the firm's price target on DraftKings to $42 from $45 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares after updating the firm's model for Q4 and "an initially more conservative" 2026 outlook.&nbsp;Given recent guidance challenges, it would be prudent for DraftKings to start 2026 in "a very reasonable zone and hopefully exceed expectations throughout the year," the analyst said in a note.&nbsp;JPMorgan last week also lowered the firm's price target on DraftKings to $41 from $42 and kept an ‘Overweight’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;Gaming stocks "are carrying a lot of baggage and negativity," so investors should be selective, the analyst said.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Upcoming Q4 Earnings</h2>Draftkings is expected to post a revenue of $1.97 billion in Q4, according to data from fiscal.ai.&nbsp;It had missed analyst estimates for third quarter revenue.&nbsp;The company is also expected to report a &nbsp;profit of $0.12 per share in the quarter. DraftKings Shares Are Falling Today – Here’s Why

Analysts from Stifel, JPMorgan and Guggenheim have slashed their price target on Draftkings ahead of its Q4 earnings due Monday.

The company intends to exclude the restructuring charges from its non-GAAP financial measures, including adjusted core profit.Pinterest had 5,205 full-time employees as of September last year. The job cut would translate to less than 780 positions.<h2 class="st-heading-2">AI Push</h2>The company said it is taking these actions to support its transformation initiatives, reallocating resources to AI-focused roles and teams that drive AI adoption and execution, prioritizing AI-powered products and capabilities, and accelerating the transformation of its sales and go-to-market approach.The company also added that although it is reducing its overall staffing levels with these actions in the near term, Pinterest plans to reinvest in key development areas and strategic opportunities.&nbsp;The company expects to complete the restructuring plan by the end of its third quarter ending September 30, 2026, subject to local law and consultation requirements, according to a regulatory filing.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Analysts Take</h2>Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney notes the stock is currently trading off about 8%, which it believes is indicative of concerns around Pinterest's ability to reaccelerate U.S.-Canada (UCAN) growth in 2026.&nbsp;Evercore in a note to investors said that the announced restructuring slightly decreases the odds of a UCAN reacceleration this year. That said, the firm believes Pinterest has very reasonable valuation support at these levels, as per TheFly. Evercore has an ‘Outperform’ rating on the stock with a price target of $40.BofA in a note to investors said that the Pinterest announcement suggests tariff-related pressure on ad spend has likely continued into Q1. Further review later showed that the incident may have exposed personal information tied to as many as 33.7 million customers, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping details and some order history.However, last week, the company <a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/christmas-party-stocks-still-ongoing-2025/cLeULetRED2">said</a> that the leak perpetrator, a former employee, accessed 33.7 million accounts, but only retained user data from approximately 3,000 accounts. The perpetrator also subsequently deleted the user data, the company said after an investigation that it claimed was conducted in close coordination with the government.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Government Is Not Convinced</h2>Science Minister Bae Kyung-hoon on Wednesday reportedly slammed the company’s probe findings. "While they claim that information from 3,000 accounts was deleted, the data can still be stored somewhere. If it is kept on a cloud platform, it is even harder to trace," Bae said, as reported by Yonhap. The government also rejected Coupang’s investigation findings as a "unilateral" conclusion of a still ongoing investigation.“Coupang should have disclosed fact-based investigation findings or plans for compensation.
