The Refrigerated Retail segment involves the production and distribution of egg products, sausage, side dishes, cheese, and other refrigerated products to retail and foodservice customers. The company was founded by Charles William Post in 1895 and is headquartered in St. Louis, MO.

$POST like the company as it has valuable brands. Not wise though to spend over a billion the last 12 mo to buy stock...could have better served by reducing debt..who knows the stock price could be at $100. the convertible could have been redeemed next year at savings of around 500mill
