$PRKR The Federal Circuit oral argument was June 1 before Judges Prost, Chen & Stark. We’re now approaching 90 days with no decision. Looking at several recent cases from this SAME 3-judge panel: 1. VL Collective: 42 days (affirmed) 2. Amsted Rail: 53 days (affirmed) 3. Blue Gentian: 64 days (affirmed in part/ Reversed in part) 4. $PRKR vs $QCOM: 87 days and counting Even more interesting: Amsted was argued on the SAME DAY before the SAME PANEL and was decided July 24. This doesn’t mean ParkerVision wins. But it does suggest this may not be the simple, immediate “dismiss for lack of jurisdiction” outcome many assumed after oral arguments. Something is taking the panel more time here and could be jurisdiction, the merits, Rule 54, reassignment, disagreement between them, or simply drafting a more complex opinion. No way to know yet, but the delay is becoming interesting.

$PRKR Tagging onto previous post, especially considering this was an expedited case. Longer this waits the better it feels for the jurisdiction question. If this gets past jurisdiction, odds feel greatly improved on some positive outcomes for reversing and remanding. Don’t think Qualcomm wants to go back in front of a jury.

$PRKR Thinking we’re getting close to a positive decision. They wouldn’t take this much time to just shut parkervision down. Especially since parkervision won the original case
